By downloading, installing, or using Easyspell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Easyspell, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Easyspell is an educational application designed to help users practice spelling through interactive learning tools, exercises, generated content, and related features. The application is operated by Kant LLC.

Easyspell may allow users to upload or input spelling lists, words, and other educational content in order to generate learning experiences and personalized practice materials.

3. Eligibility and Supervision

Easyspell is intended for use by children only under the supervision, consent, and involvement of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult where required by applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian permitting a child to use Easyspell, you are responsible for the child's use of the application and compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for any content, materials, or information you upload, submit, or input into Easyspell, including spelling lists, words, text, images, or other educational materials.

You represent that your content does not violate any law or infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

By submitting content to Easyspell, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, display, and transform that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the service.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Easyspell is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The application is intended to support spelling practice and learning, but it does not guarantee any particular academic result, school performance, or learning outcome.

Any generated content, suggestions, exercises, or recommendations provided through the application should be reviewed by a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult where appropriate.

7. Accounts

If Easyspell offers account creation, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep such information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

If Easyspell offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, such purchases may be processed by third-party platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally governed by the terms and policies of the platform through which the purchase was made, unless otherwise stated by us.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Easyspell and all related content, including but not limited to its name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and features, are the intellectual property of Kant LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use any part of the application for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Service Changes and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Easyspell or any part of its features at any time, with or without notice.

The application may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Disclaimer

Easyspell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate. We make no guarantee regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any generated educational content.

Your use of the application is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Easyspell.

This includes, without limitation, damages relating to loss of data, device issues, interruptions, educational outcomes, or reliance on generated content.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Easyspell, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the application may create legal risk, security risk, or harm to the service or others.

Where applicable, content associated with terminated accounts may be deleted.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use of Easyspell after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws determined by applicable legal requirements and the operations of Kant LLC.

If a specific jurisdiction must apply, disputes related to these Terms may be resolved before the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
